8 Industry Recommended Textile Design Software Applications. Have You Used Them?

Textile Design Computer SoftwareSo I was just on LinkedIn, doing a little much needed networking (I’ve been feeling a bit stagnant) and I found an interesting discussion on Textile Design Computer Software. I, myself, have only ever worked on Photoshop and Illustrator. You may also remember that I wrote about Image Terrain a few months back, although I’ve never used it myself.  But apparently, there are a lot more to chose from. Do you recognize any? Have you worked on them? What was the outcome? Or better yet, do you have any to add to the list?

Hi. I’ve used Pointcarre, U4ia, and NedGraphics. Out of those 3, Pointcarre is the best in my opinion. Very versatile and powerful. Their support staff is wonderful and training is easy and fun.

      Hi Jeff,
Would you please tell me where I can purchase Pointcarre for the Mac? I have been doing searches everywhere and can’t seem to find it.
      Thanks,
      Sonserae
