And one feeling that everyone loves to have, is the feeling of importance. If you can make your customers feel important, they will always think of your brand first because they’ll like how they feel when they’re around you. They’ll feel like a star in your book, like what they have to say and what they think are important to you. {As hopefully they are!}

So make it a habit to:

  • Have a genuine interest in your customers lives
  • Focus on them and ask them questions
  • Make it obvious that you’re listening to them
