Listen, I know it’s tempting to ignore the negative feedback that so many people love to dish out, but though you probably don’t want to hear this, it’s actually the most valuable feedback.
You need to hear what people don’t love about your work because it’s these details that keep them from buying it (or buying more of it). The only way to do this is to have a thick skin, listen, record, and then analyze what is valuable and actionable and what is just silliness that isn’t in line with the values of your brand. (though you have to e honest with yourself!)
Remember, constantly improving and evolving your company and your work is the only way to business growth.
