As things wind down and we begin to think about the new year and a fresh start, we do a lot of goal planning. We decide on the things we want to accomplish in our businesses and we make plans for new ideas. One area of goal setting and planning that is less fun and often ignored is to set revenue goals for you fashion business.
This is a problem. Without reflecting on last year, reviewing current finances, creating and adhering to budgets, and setting financial goals for the future, our businesses will remain in a place of uncertainty. We make ourselves extra vulnerable to things like making bad decisions and taking desperate steps.
