Louis Vuitton Garments Slashed and Sewn to Create Wearable Art

Just thought I’d share this fantastic use of textiles in the recent contest: Reconstruction 2.0, where Parson’s School of Design students deconstructed and reconstructed discarded press samples from Louis Vuitton’s Spring/Summer 2010 collection. Their mission to create wearable art.  Mission accomplished, don’t ya think?
